Wooden toy laser cutting process
1.Use Coreldraw&AI or CAD software to draw wood chip vector diagrams that need to be cut.
2. Use carbon dioxide laser cutting and engraving machine for positioning and debugging, and put the wooden board on the knife strip net plate platform to cut and penetrate to prevent yellowing and blackening.
3. The positioning mold props are fixed on the carbon dioxide engraving machine, and the cutting through effect and the sample are cut through the wood board with the laser head and air blow. The position can not be offset according to the drawing. Because the board will have incomplete dimensions and broken edges, it is necessary to measure the dimensions and check the incoming materials. Separate them in boxes, don't confuse them, each is different.
4. After the laser cutting and engraving of wooden toys are completed, they will be inspected by FQC, and then packed in cartons for shipment.
